Creating a welcoming environment for a social housing project, the sales office seamlessly integrates classic and modern maximalist styles. Featuring model rooms, a bar area, comfortable lounges, and private meeting rooms, the space serves both functional and aesthetic purposes. Upstairs houses the head office, designed for efficiency and professionalism.

The design team and I curated a warm and comfortable atmosphere with carefully chosen designer wallpapers, meticulously crafted by hand, and accented with brushed gold details. The elegant tones of blue, inspired by the project name, infuse a sense of calm and sophistication into the overall design, providing a refined setting for visitors.
