This project was to build an employee residence for a prominent Turkish university. Therefore, we planned to design a space offering a more social ambience for residents. With the advantage of the slope of the land, the social areas and residences were separated from the structures around them, and we created a private place.

The front facade of the apartments was planned to be sunny all day. In this way, the project benefited from maximum natural lighting. I also used composite panels, brick, and soft colours outside the building.
