Single-storey house on gentle sloping lakefront lot at Modoc, US.
The client wanted to have a two-storey modern-looking house which should incorporate the slope into the main concept. We made a bold design decision and proposed a single-wide floor plan that looks single-leveled but also has sub-levels.
