ITU Employee Residences

Istanbul, Turkey- 2022

This project was for building an employee residence for a prominent Turkish university. I therefore planned to design a space which would offer a more social ambiance for residents. With the advantage of the slope of the land, the social areas and residences were separated from the structures around them, and I therefore created a private place.

The front facade of the apartments was planned to be sunny all day. In this way, the project benefited from maximum natural lighting. I also used composite panel, brick, and soft colours outside the building.
