The site was an empty sloping site overlooking the sea in the New Zealand.
Client started developing with 3 main retaining wall and level. Goal is to keep unique and interesting profile with stepping on the site while taking advantage of the views.

Living planned on ground floor while night zone is on -1 floor. Off-grid three bedroom house with spectecular ocean view on Coromandel Peninsula, NZ.
