The site was an empty sloping site overlooking the sea in New Zealand.
The client started developing with 3 main retaining walls and levels. The goal is to keep a unique and interesting profile by stepping on the site while taking advantage of the views.
The living area is planned on the ground floor, while the night zone is on the -1 floor. An off-grid three-bedroom house with a spectacular ocean view on the Coromandel Peninsula, NZ.
